Actually it is better to exercise with larger groups of people. Researchers studied several large exercise classes with 70 to 90 people. Researchers also studied several small exercise classes with 18-26 people.

This is what they found:
Researchers found in large people exercised harder. They showed up more often. They also liked their classmates a lot. The smaller exercise group did not like their classmates as much. They also did not show up as much as the large class.
