New Songs Are Not As Good As Old Songs

Some people say that music nowadays is awful. This I thought was true. People from the older generation can turn on a classics station and listen to old songs all day long. Every single old song is awesome. When they occasionally change the channel, they stuff their ears. Even some music critics will tell you what’s selling today is total garbage. Wait! The songs on the classics station are not random samples. They have been filtered and only the best remain. Every generation produces bad songs, but how come old examples are never mentioned? It’s exactly because bad songs are terrible, so nobody keeps listening to them. You can’t blame the older generation for exaggerating because they truly don’t remember any of the forgettable songs.
