Friction

When you are picking team members to work with on a project, do you always pick those who agree with every opinion of yours? Consider for a moment the benefits you could reap from a team member who has a different vision. Sometimes when things go too well, we progress so fast we miss the blind spots. Friction creates conflict, which can be unpleasant sometimes, but friction can also be the ladder to greatness.
